ABOUT DANIELLE BENTLEY Danielle joined Clifton Ingram’s Family Team as a Senior Associate in 2021. Danielle has wide ranging experience of family issues from matrimonial finances on the breakdown of a marriage, complex proceedings relating to the arrangements for children, and cohabitation disputes between non-married couples. She also has significant experience in advising and preparing pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements as a means of preventing or limiting the disputes should the couple ever face a separation or divorce. As a committed member of Resolution, Danielle is a firmbeliever in approaching family disputes in a constructive and non-adversarial way. Danielle was elected as secretary for the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire Region at the end of 2018, and has been involved with organising seminars, networking events and socials for family practitioners in the local region. In September 2020, Danielle became a Resolution accredited specialist for complex financial remedy proceedings (mid to high net worth) and forprivatechildrenproceedings. The Resolution accreditation scheme is a rigorous assessment process which demonstrates high levels of knowledge, practical application of the law and best practice. A strong advocate of all means of alternative dispute resolution, Danielle believes in resolving disputes as swiftly and amicably as possible for her clients. Danielle undertook her mediation foundation training in 2019 and is a qualified mediator, currently working towards accredited mediator status. Danielle has also been recognised as a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. Danielle qualified as a solicitor in 2014 focussing her practice exclusively in family law.
