Wickers, representing clients with legal issues in the Trust, Estate, Elder, Conservatorship, Real Property, Family and Business Litigationmatters from inception, through trial to appeals. The Law Office of Rodney W. Wickers is a father-daughter team who love helping their clients resolve their legal issues and providing closure to long standing disputes. She has been working with her father in The Law Office of Rodney W. Wickers since 1999, became an attorney in 2012 and managing partner of the firm in 2019. Ms. Wickers work encompasses preparing client documents, negotiating cases, attending hearings and trials while managing the Law Office of Rodney W. Wickers. At the office, Ms. Wickers enjoys mentoring both students and new hires at the firm, hoping they recognize their exponential potential, with dedicated efforts. Out of the office, Ms. Wickers enjoys a variety of community service endeavors including coaching her alma mater’s Negotiation Team and providing scoring and feedback to the participants of the American Collegiate Moot Court Competition. In 2013, Ms. Wickers was honored with a Congressional Commendation for her community service efforts which benefit the children and families of Hope4Kids, a San Pedro based charity. In the legal community, Ms. Wickers has received a Top Attorney Avvo Rating of 10/10. She has also been selected by Super Lawyers, Rising Stars List, for Southern California, in 2020, as a top-rated Trusts and Estates Litigation Attorney, in Southern California. On June 2, 2020, she was informed that she was nominated for inclusion in the “2020 Professional” Who’s Who publication. Similarly, she has been included in the American Registry as “Southern California’s Top Young Attorneys” which was published in Los Angeles Magazine, July of 2020. Ms. Wickers was a former Mira Costa High School and Bishop Montgomery High School cross country and track long distance runner. After high school, Ms. Wickers attended Loyola Marymount University, and was a player for their softball team while also on the yearbook staff. Ms. Wickers graduated from California State University Northridge receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a Finance Emphasis. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law in their night school program while working at the Law Office of Rodney W. Wickers, participating in the Law Review Board of Directors, and earning a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Real Property.
