Ms. Boscarolli represents clients across a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, as well as financing and refinancing transactions. Within the firm’s Litigation practice group, Ms. Boscarolli is also involved in representing clients in business disputes, including contract and leasing disputes and summary proceedings. Ms. Boscarolli is a dual-credentialed law graduate, with law degrees from the University of Padua School of Law, Italy (J.D., 2013) and Gonzaga University School of Law (J.D. magna cum laude, 2015).
