About Marie-Anne Marie-Anne is head of Clyde & Co’s Marine Assets and Projects team. She joined Clyde & Co as a trainee and was promoted to Partner in May 2022. Marie-Anne acts for a wide range of international clients operating in the marine space, including listed companies, energy majors, oil and gas industry players and smaller shipping companies. Marie-Anne’s practice covers high-value, cross-border, complex matters such as LNG projects, floating oil and gas projects, shipbuilding contracts, charter parties (including long term LNG project time charters) and other service contracts. Marie-Anne has extensive experience with ship finance (including sale and leaseback), ship sale and purchase, management agreements, vessel registrations, flagging and joint ventures. Marie-Anne co-hosts Clyde & Co’s Decarbonisation in Shipping podcast. Marie-Anne really enjoys working with her team and is proud of the team’s achievements and the client relationships that they have developed. She regularly works with Clyde & Co’s global offices. Marie-Anne has two children. She lived and studied in Bologna, Italy for seven years.
