In addition, Gina has appeared before all levels of Alberta and Canadian courts and tribunals on a variety of employment and human rights related complex litigation matters and complaints. The firm’s talented employment group strongly believes in providing early advice and proactive solutions to potential workplace issues, and Gina regularly advises clients on managing hirings, terminations and downsizings, and the drafting and implementation of policies, best practices and contracts.
