She is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of experience serving as an arbitrator/neutral/independent expert, consultant, and expert witness resolving disputes in a variety of areas including acquisition disputes, litigation, contract disputes, commercial disputes, representation and warranty breaches, and forensic investigations. Kristy served on the AICPA M&A Dispute Resolution Task Force and was a contributing author in the AICPA Representations and Warranties Insurance publication, which provides guidance to CPA’s serving as consultants, experts, or arbitrators in connection with accounting and economic matters, including merger disputes, breach of representation and warranty claims, and the calculation of loss and damages.
