She holds a juris doctor degree from Seton Hall Law School in New Jersey. In addition, Rosemary holds a master’s in business from W.P. Stilman School of Business in New Jersey, where she graduated magna cum laude. She received her bachelor of arts from Seton Hall University in New Jersey where she graduated cum laude. Additionally, she has an AA degree from Palm Beach College in Florida. Rosemary has more than 20 years of experience practicing law. She is currently licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Florida, and she is a notary public for New Jersey. Rosemary also received the award for the Best Brief in the 14th Annual Gabriella Family Law Competition. Finally, she was a quarter-finalist in the Minnesota First Amendment Competition. Rosemary has vast experience in the areas of land use development, zoning and planning law along with all aspects of both complex commercial and residential real estate transactions. She has significant experience before numerous municipal and county land use boards. She represents large and small developers, as well as homeowners, in all aspects of their application for development or redevelopment before various Boards throughout the State of New Jersey. Prior to joining Javerbaum Wurgaft, Rosemary had founded an accomplished solo practice for over 15 years in Chatham, New Jersey that focused on all aspects of real estate law, land use, development, redevelopment, landlord-tenant, probate and estate planning.
