Katharine Tremblay Beck is a trial attorney specializing in business litigation and employment law, representing clients in a variety of employment-related issues as well as breach of contract, legal malpractice, fraud, defamation, wrongful termination, and insurance bad faith.
She has experience in both federal and state court with matters involving mediation, law & motion, contract claims, complex bankruptcy law, and probate proceedings. She served as lead intern at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office during the Anna Nicole Smith preliminary hearing and the investigation of Michael Jackson, where she assisted in preparing evidence for the Special Trials Unit.
While the majority of her practice focuses on litigation and trial work, Katharine also enjoys working with clients outside the courtroom, providing counsel and advising them as they navigate critical employment and business decisions, including issues involving business structuring and intellectual property protection.
When she’s not in the office or courtroom, you can find her spending time with family, reading a good book, or playing competitive recreational volleyball.
