Jessica was educated at Maynooth University and admitted to the roll of solicitors in Ireland in 2008. She qualified in 2015 as a Mediator and was appointed as a Notary Public in 2016.

Jessica takes a keen interest in business law and over the last 7 years has developed a broad commercial client base advising start-ups, tech companies, pharmaceutical companies, investment vehicles, distributors, manufacturers and retail entities operating both in Ireland and across Europe. Her areas of expertise include acquisitions, share buyouts, contracts, commercial property, corporate litigation and dispute resolution.

Growing up in a successful family business, Jessica has developed an in-depth and unique knowledge of her clients’ commercial needs which has allowed her to meet their business and legal objectives. She is known for her practical and focused approach.
