Lucy S. McAllister J.D. Lucy was educated at Santa Clara University School of Law, graduating in May of 1987. Her other legal qualifications include over 250 Superior Court trials, sitting as a Judge Pro Tem, and legal teaching experience at the University of San Francisco Law School for their Summer Trial Advocacy Program.

Since 1988, she has represented thousands of individual California teachers, medical doctors, nurses, therapists, psychologists, contractors, real estate agents and brokers, insurance salespersons and agents. Additionally, her involvement in the San Francisco community includes the Summerfest Dance Festival, sitting on the Public Interest Clearinghouse Board of Directors, serving as the Los Gatos Art Commissioner and President, and being Vice President of the Sugarbowl Academy Parent’s Association.
