Tiffany Beerman is an attorney at Dvorak Law Group, LLC in Omaha, Nebraska, with a practice focused on complex commercial litigation matters.

She has successfully handled numerous complex cases involving contract disputes, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, business torts, and negligence claims. Tiffany also handles appeals at all levels, and recently argued in front of an appellate court on an insurance coverage issue.

Tiffany represents clients across the Midwest, as she is licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, and Missouri. She has assisted clients across the county in all stages of the Paycheck Protection Program, from governmental agency audits to successful appeals at both the administrative and federal level.

Working with clients in the trucking industry has become a strong niche practice area for Tiffany, as she works to settle and litigate various matters across the United States, including personal injury and wrongful death claims. She also has experience advising on workers compensation and employment disputes for these companies.

Tiffany graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law with distinction. She received an award for the highest grade in six litigation-based courses and was a member of the National Trial Team and National Moot Court Team. Upon graduation, Tiffany was initiated into The Order of Barristers, an honor society for individuals who demonstrate exceptional trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing skills.

Tiffany is a recent graduate of the Nebraska Bar Association’s Leadership Academy, and serves on Dvorak Law Group’s Recruitment Committee. She is also active in the Omaha Bar Association.
