Angelika Niebler is a German lawyer and long-serving Member of the European Parliament, representing the Christian Social Union in Bavaria since 1999. A specialist in technology, energy, and digital policy, she has chaired key committees, negotiated landmark EU roaming reforms, and led work on the Data Governance Act.
