Fatma Al Zadjali joined Al Tamimi & Company in 2017 and has built extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law, advising on domestic and international M&A, restructuring, and company incorporation in Oman's free zones and mainland. She regularly attends AGMs and EGMs for SAOCs, and has acted for clients from the USA, UK, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East on high-value deals in the region.
Qualified to practise in Oman, Fatma has rights of audience before both the Primary Courts and Courts of Appeal. She also advises on competition, intellectual property, customs, and employment matters, and is well-versed in the practical and regulatory landscape of the Omani market, maintaining strong relationships with government bodies.
Now based in Dubai as an Associate in the firm's Digital & Data (Technology | Media | Telecommunications) team, Fatma advises on data protection in Oman, DIFC, and ADGM, drafts data policies, reviews IT and media contracts, and counsels clients on cybersecurity and digital compliance issues in both Oman and the UAE.
