The issues included whether the claimants’ Article 8 ECHR rights were engaged - Advising and representing a claimant claiming sex and disability discrimination against a construction company; resulting in a confidential settlement - Advising and representing 140 claimants claiming a protective award following their dismissals for redundancy; resulting in a confidential settlement Elizabeth was named Barrister of the Year at the Birmingham Law Society Awards 2019.
