About Katherine Katherine A. Brustowicz is a Boston-based attorney with The Wagner Law Group who specializes in complex civil litigation with a focus on Employment Law and Human Resources. Katherine’s comprehensive practice also includes drafting and negotiating employment-related policies and agreements; training employers, managers, and employees; and representing employers during employment-related audits. She emphasizes preventative measures that employers can take to blend best practices with compliance which reduces risk of claims. She ensures that her clients understand their rights and responsibilities in the everchanging landscape of federal, state, and local employment laws through interactive training and meetings with leadership. She excels in creating and effectuating processes and infrastructure that improve employee engagement, productivity, and employee retention. Much of the training that Katherine designs is focused on human resource matters relating to employee management, workforce morale, prevention of workplace discrimination and bias, harassment prevention, and associated internal investigations. Attorney Brustowicz graduated from Bates College and Suffolk University Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
