Elisabeth Moskric is counsel in the Corporate Finance & Capital Markets group of Walder Wyss, a leading law firm in Switzerland with around 260 legal experts across offices in Zurich, Basel, Berne, Geneva, Lausanne and Lugano.
Her preferred areas of practice include banking, finance, corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on asset-based financings such as covered bonds, securitisations and factoring transactions as well as complex mortgage related transactions. Another focus of Elisabeth is real estate law, where she advises international clients regarding all aspects of acquisition and sale as well as financing and refinancing of Swiss real estate.
Elisabeth was educated at Zurich University (lic. iur. 1999, Dr. iur. 2003) and published a doctoral thesis on the subject of the lombard loan. Prior to joining Walder Wyss in 2006, Elisabeth worked as a research assistant at the chair of Prof. D. Zobl at Zurich University (chair for private law, commercial and banking law) and as a law clerk at a district court in the Canton of Zurich. Secondments in two Swiss private banks also formed part of her working experience in her preferred fields of practice.
