About Margaretha
Margaretha (Greet) Wilkenhuysen is a partner with the firm and the head of NautaDutilh’s Corporate practice in Luxembourg. She specialises in cross-border corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and international corporate restructuring.

She also has extensive experience in corporate finance and the provision of corporate governance advice to listed and other companies. She represents both domestic and international clients in a wide range of high-end transactions.
She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (ECVA) and the Duke Alumni Association.

She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2007 and the Brussels bar in 1993.

She is a native Dutch speaker and is fluent in English, French and German.

She obtained her law degree from KU Leuven in 1991. She also holds a master’s degree in business and tax law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (1993) and an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law in North Carolina (1996). Prior to joining NautaDutilh in 1997, she practiced law for several years with another well-known law firm in Brussels.
