Hahn Loeser & Parks, LLP - Intellectual Property
Overcoming preconceived notions about what girls and women can and can’t do has helped define Sherry from her early days. Be it playing ball instead of going to dance lessons, or majoring in physics at the University of Texas, Austin, even though she was the only woman in her class, Sherry has made it a point of turning around those misperceptions and succeeding at every level.
This has carried over into her legal practice, where Sherry has become a globally recognized leader in intellectual property. Sherry’s practice encompasses all areas of intellectual property, including the protection, licensing, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, data privacy, and data security both in the U.S. and abroad. Sherry also guides clients with corporate strategies relating to the prosecution, merger, licensing, sale, or acquisition of intellectual property assets, including conducting due diligence and counseling on business strategies, data privacy and cyber security and managing patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret portfolios.
